Murray and Rachael inquired about their wedding way back at the beginning of the year. They weren’t sure if they were going to book, so the booking was parked, and I when on about my business. Two weeks out from the wedding, Murray contacted me decided they were going to book with me
Booking this close to the wedding is not unusual, especially for a videographer. It always seems to be a last-minute thing when couples realised that not having a wedding video is quite important.
I’ve wanted to shoot here for some time. It looks very boho and significantly chills out. This location was perfect for some great drone footage.
The reception area is beautiful to keep them a lovely chilled out vibe with lots of greenery and fountains everywhere.
I got there ready to have a look around because I’ve never obviously been there before, and I could tell the sun was going to set in the perfect place, so it was going to be a fantastic photo shoot to end the day. I was not disappointed.
The day sign out in Kingscliff Murray and Rachael prep, they were active from locations, but they were just around the corner from each other.
Then we headed off for the ceremony at Fins Plantation House, a beautiful setting under the fig tree.
Rachael had her favourite classic car to drive her around, so we headed off to the photoshoot with the beautiful car the sun was setting. It was just epic. The drone shots are Rachel and Mary in front of things plantation house is stunning, showing the beautiful surroundings.
Dancing and speeches
All of the speeches were fantastic. But the best man was hilarious; He ended the night with a tremendous Toast to the happy couple. Then to round off the night, Rachael and friends got down to some dancing. Murray was not a dancer.
A great wedding, a great day! I am delighted with the results and the highlight film.
