Cowbell Creek

THE PERFECT FARM WEDDING?

Imagine your wedding day surrounded by the beautiful Gold Coast scenery, with a view of lush green fields and cows grazing in all directions. You’ll find Cowbell Creek located only 15 minutes west of Robina Town Centre. This privately-owned estate set on 170 acres of farmland has since 1868- it is an ideal location for weddings.

A SPECIAL GOLD COAST WEDDING VENUE

I love Cowbell Creek – it’s possibly my favourite wedding venue on the Gold Coast. You’ll find it in Austinville, a gorgeous little hinterland valley with only a few hundred residents. The property has been owned by one family for four generations, so it means a lot to them. I’ve been there after a bout of rain and everything was lush and green. I have amazing footage of rolling hills, creeks, lookouts and fields, as well as the farm animals that live there., Whenever I go there, the staff are always amazing. Tracey, Megan and Darren give five-star, friendly but casual service. They’ve hosted more than 900 weddings in the last 10 years, so they know what they’re doing. Tracey will be your main point of contact throughout the day. She coordinates all the external services and makes sure everything runs smoothly. So what about the wedding itself?

Kaylah & Darren

Darren and I are forever thankful for the beautiful footage you captured on our wedding day at Cowbell Creek. Phil’s work was outstanding, he was recommended by a friend and we are so thankful that we chose him for the big day. He made the filming feel natural and like a breeze and really captured moments that will forever be special for us. You’re amazing at what you do and it shows in the work you do. It made us cry big fat happy tears watching our wedding day over and over again and it’s all because of you!!

COWBELL CREEK AN EPIC PLACE FOR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

Before the reception, you’ll want to explore the property for the many photo and video opportunities among the rolling hills, farm animals and stunning sunsets. The lookout is a
must, as is a photo or two with the dairy cows, alpacas and chickens. The owners can provide a nice 4WD to chauffeur you to all the locations (as 200 acres is lot of ground to cover in a wedding dress!).

GARDEN PARTY FOR GUESTS

While you’re off exploring the amazing grounds at Cowbell Creek, your guests can attend a pre-reception garden party with a full bar, croquet court, bocce court and other games. This is a great way for guests to meet and get comfortable with each other before the reception.

PARKING FOR GUESTS

Public transport isn’t really an option in this location, so Cowbell Creek provides a 42-seater bus that can pick up and drop off your guests at a Gold Coast location. There is also plenty of onsite parking, but I’d organise some designated drivers. And there’s plenty of accommodation options in town if guests want to stay on and explore the region.

Amy & Jacob

“”In the lead up to the wedding day Phil was nothing short of perfect. 3 attempts at simply getting married through these tough times and working with Phil just made it all so much simpler. During the shoot on the day there was great communication for poses and backdrops. Phil was fantastic at finding a shot anywhere at anytime. Phil was great at working his way through the crowd and to have a great laugh. Honestly I would not have chosen anyone else to be our wedding videographer for our wedding day. He is an amazing person and extremely talented at his work. He was so down to earth and we made a friendship to achieve the best work (besides Phil’s skills haha) I’m definitely one happy bride from my experience with Phil and I definitely recommend him to everyone””
